No Dr. Pepper and No-Poo.

I know you have been wondering if the break up still stands.  Oh it does.  Dr. Pepper and I are through.

Although I received a disturbing and kind of mean text from a friend saying that another friend bet against me and said I’d cave by the end of the year.  Who are these so-called friends?!  Probably the same ones who boycotted my wedding because I was marrying that jerk Courtland.  Haha!  Thanks guys!  (Oh we’re all waaay beyond that now, but it’s still fun to reminisce.)

It has been more than 4 weeks since I last tasted the 23 flavors of Dr. Pepper.  Good riddance.  But oddly I started breaking out this last week.  Maybe one of those ingredients was keeping me pimple free?  Naw.  Impossible.

Shampoo is another thing I gave up years ago.  I wrote a post about it for Or so she says . . . and you need to go read it today.  Will ya?  Thanks.

I love how there is an ad for Dr. Pepper right under this post.

Good riddance is right! (Except that it is oh, so wrong!)

You make me smile. Dr. Pepper really missed you, he tells me every day!

I am still trying to figure out the no poo. My hair gets really dry, but I so wash with baking soda once a week and love it.

I don't understand....

I mean, I get the no-poo part, the rest is just mumbo-jumbo though. :p

There is a great article in the American Journal of Dermatology a couple of months ago that states: some of the active ingredients found in Dr. Pepper such as propionic acid and the bacterium listeria pyogenes combine with pseudocholinesterase to mitigate the effects of pimples.....
