I have ignored my blog for over a week!

Court is home all week so we are getting stuff done. We're painting our family room which was the most depressing and dirty looking color. Why did I put up with that for so long? We have also gotten major yard work done. Now our yard is a tropical oasis. Minus the tropical part. Next major project is cleaning out the garage. Come on over if you'd like to help. Or if you'd like to loot. I'm going to be having my first ever yard sale in a few weeks. I know my mom is really hoping I'll finally get the console tv out of the garage but I don't know yet. It's a Page family heirloom!

Okay, total change of subject. As I blog Barefoot Contessa is on in the background and she's making a fancy shmancy lunch for all of her rich Hamptons friends (read: attractive gay men). So of course she sends one guy off on an errand to help him feel useful and guess what he is driving? Ah, a classic. An 80's Jeep Wagoneer. Amy and I didn't have a clue in high school that we would have fit in with the Hamptons crowd with our fancy Wagoneer. Sadly I don't think ours would have made the cross-country trip. Sometimes it was touch and go just to make it out of the neighborhood to school.
