I hope you like this tiara Daddy.
I'm listening to Charlotte in the background say "I hope you like this tiara Daddy! And now I'm going to paint your fingernails." Talk your way out of that one Courtland! Oh, he just bargained with her and she's going to paint his toenails. What a good dad. Court is the perfect dad for girls. He doesn't mind wearing a tiara, or letting them play with his hair, or even getting his toenails painted lavender. It takes a real man, people.
It's been a busy day today, and maybe kind of anticlimactic for Court. I was a bit stressed trying to teach my primary children the Father's day song and getting them to sing it loud enough for people on maybe the 7th or 8th row of the chapel to hear. They pulled it out in the end. Then we had to rush off to see our nephew give his homecoming talk and then gorge ourselves on food and treats with the Page family. You've got to love a family who knows how to eat like the Pages. (Suddenly I'm realizing why I even had 40 plus pounds to lose in the first place!) But Court finally was able to squeeze in his favorite Sunday activity--a nap-slash-coma on the couch. Followed by a princess spa treatment courtesy of Charlotte.
Happy father's day babe! We love you more than life itself! For your gift this year I give you two little girls who don't really look a thing alike, but who somehow manage to both look just like you. And you are most welcome. Mwuah!
Here are some pictures from our outing yesterday. We have a new-found love for Arctic Circle. Charlotte is brave enough to actually play on their slides and stuff, and my studly husband climbed all the way up there with her yesterday. And if you go at the right time you can have the whole joint to yourself! Don't all of you rush over there now and ruin that for us. Ya hear?

This just had me cracking up! I had to read it to Bobby. I love your gift for him this year - it IS the gift that keeps on giving, tiara style.
Your girls are soo cute. I saw a Victoria look a like the other day. It was weird. Jeremy usually has his toenails painted too. Ha!
Looks like fun!
Now Kate, you can't tell us about Court getting his toenails painted without a picture! Next time, make sure you get one and share with us! He's more manly than my husband. I don't think Kayla could touch him with any pink or lavendar polish!
