A bedtime story.
A bedtime story. By Charlotte.
"Mom, when you were short and I was tall, I put you in my car seat and I drived you to Ikea. Then I picked you up and put you in the stroller, and you didn't play with those things, and then I just bought some things, and then we left."
Charlotte and I had a date today and went to the zoo with a bunch of our friends. It was so fun to have the day with just her. She is a crack up. At one point, near the end of our outing, the temperature was rising, the zoo was getting crowded, and Charlotte was getting tired. She almost threw up as we walked toward the train. We stopped for a minute, had a drink, and she was okay. But then she kept doing this reenactment of the dry heave. She was thoroughly entertained with that! I also thought it was funny that she got kind of bored with the elephant so we walked away, then I started talking to her about how the elephant is pregnant and is going to have a baby this summer. She turned us right around to go check out that pregnant elephant. We can't wait to see what kind of baby comes out! Charlotte thinks it's going to be a tiny little girl.

I guess that is what she thinks of a typical day with mom! ROFL I love the story.

She's just too much!! Quite the imagination she's got.
