Dear Charlotte, you are two and a half.
Hey Charlotte! Yesterday you turned two and a half. You are at such a fun age right now and I wanted to tell you a few things about yourself. Mostly, that I love you so much! Lately you come up to me and say "I love you Mom" and give me a big hug. And if I've been gone at work or something you say "I missed you" with your pouty pouty lips sticking out. You are such a sweetheart. You've also started calling me Mama. It's adorable. You ignore me when I'm trying take your picture and you won't smile for the camera. You love to play with your little people and you narrate what they do and you talk for them. Today you told them that they were going to get in trouble. You also like to play with your baby doll. You take really good care of her and you treat her like she is so real. You have a great vocabulary and I think you talk like you are a 4 year old. You are really good at memorizing songs. If you see a theme song on a tv show you know it after hearing it only once or twice. Speaking of tv, you are an addict. Just like your daddy. You LOVE your shows. A few weeks ago I heard SpongeBob come on in the family room so I hurried to turn it off. You said "why don't you like my shows Mom?" I definitely don't let you watch SpongeBob. You are still little Miss Congeniality. You get so excited when someone comes over and you're always greeting everyone with so much enthusiasm! You like to draw smiley faces and you know how to draw the letters C and H and T. You really have an amazing memory. You remember people, things we've done, things we've talked about, you remember everything! You're still afraid of garbage trucks but I can tell you try to be brave when you hear one coming. If you are afraid of something you talk to yourself and say "it's okay, it's not too scary." You are such a sweet big sister to Victoria. You are always excited when she wakes up and you like to get into her crib with her. But you do not like it when she tries to play with your little people. I hate to tell you this but when you are napping I just let Victoria have at all the little people toys. Sorry! You like to play soccer in the backyard and when you run you shout "I'm running! I'm running!" You'll do practically anything for a fruit snack. Your favorite foods are any kind of fruit and hot dogs (sorry Court).
You're such a bright and happy girl and you never stop talking. We love having you in our family! I love you Miss Charlotte!

Kate, that is way cute. First of all, I can't believe she's only 2 1/2. She seems so much older to me.
Second...do you remember when the Little People were round and egg-shaped? They look so much cuter nowadays.
