Vegetarian Redneck
We're tired of being the family that doesn't do anything. So recently we've been talking about getting a small trailer or camper or whatever you wanna call it and becoming the family that
camps! This is a huge leap forward for Courtland and I'm proud of him. We've totally loved teardrop trailers since we saw a show
about them a few years ago so first we thought we might want a T@B. They are adorable! Or maybe even a T@DA which is a little bigger and still cute and can still be purchased in orange which of course is a high priority for me.

Or maybe even a T@DA which is a little bigger and still cute and can still be purchased in orange which of course is a high priority for me. So yesterday we ventured to the RV show at the expo center. I forgot to wear my wranglers so I felt a little out of place but whatever. It was SO FUN! Charlotte's got a thing for campers because she has a Little People camping toy set which she plays with everyday. She loves to spot the campers while we're out walking around our neighborhood. So she was in heaven at the expo center! But after realizing that I can't even stand up all the way in a T@DA trailer, I moved onto slightly taller and better things. The ECO by Skamper. So cute! Perfect size for our little family of 4 and we don't need to have a gigantic truck to pull it because it's lightweight. The model we saw at the RV show had this cute funky fabric on the dinette which almost sold me by itself. Can you see us? Camping? Roasting soy dogs? Oh yeah.

Then today we went for a drive up Big Cottonwood canyon and got out and did a very small hike to look at the river and enjoy a little nature. It made us even more excited to become the vegetarian redneck family that camps. (Don't you worry, Charlotte, Victoria and I will be roasting Nathan's hot dogs. We know what's up. We're vegetarian in spirit only.)

BIG COTTONWOOD... I was up there sunday night too... did you see me?
Has court ever been camping before?...
Camping out in front of the local GAP store before a sale doesn't count...
The fabric is whats most important when picking out a trailer. John always has to look at the "features" and crap.
I always feel like we're the family that doesn't do anything. I'd better get my act together before you buy your RV!
LOVE IT!
Soy dogs!! Poor, poor Kate. :P That's ok, the hair makes up for it. ;)
Oh, the trailer is cute too.
I want one!!!! So cute!
Those teardrop trailers are adorable! I've never seen them before. It's very important to enjoy the beautiful outdoors in style!
I'm so glad to hear you say that. I love that you are protecting your daughters from the evils of a vegetarian diet. No one should ever send a kid to Kindergarten with a lunch box full of tofu.
I can just see the Page family now in their little ECO with awesome upholstery eating giant beef franks.
Oh I LOVE it!!! You guys will have a blast, and glad that you are only vegetarians in spirit! LOL
Fun! Court can catch fresh, uh, fish out of the river while you eat your dogs. Perfect.
We're the family that stays in hotels. But IF we were the family that camps, we'd camp in one of those bad boys.
It's so cute! Very, very nice!
This was so fun! We've thought about a trailer but haven't went shopping for one. Love the orange!
