Ahem.
Ooh, Kate must have PMS. She complained about men. Guess what? I don't have PMS!
My rant yesterday about men sucking was brought to you by the many men I know personally who do in fact suck. Wyatt's dad, check. Certain ex-husbands of certain friends, check. Certain husbands of certain friends, check. Certain would-be boyfriends of certain friends, check. Certain fathers of certain bloggers, check. Currently, certain brothers of certain bloggers, check. I assure you that the ridiculous behavior of the men who came to mind yesterday is brought upon the world (Yes! The whole world!) entirely by their own stupidity and lack of cahones (I'm not sure how to spell cahones cuz I'm a white chick). I feel like everywhere I turn women are picking up the slack. Remember when Sally Field got censored at the Emmy's for what she said about the war and if the mothers were in charge? She was absolutely right. It's the women of this world who keep it going. Of that I'm convinced. But don't take me as some feminist who has no need for you men. Oh no, we desperately need you! We need you to do your part in the world so that our children can grow up with your good influence and become good men and women. Mothers can do a pretty damn good job on their own, but ultimately it's not quite enough.
Disclaimer: If you are a decent man this rant doesn't apply to you and you needn't take it personally. But the minute you become some porn addicted, lying lump of a human being, you my friend are on your own! :)
Hugs and kisses everyone! I made gingersnaps today. Come over and get one.
Oh, one more thing: I totally forgot to mention on my blog that the 1st was Amy's birthday! I'm not sure she even reads my blog that often but happy birthday to my big sister Amy Marie and I love you! Let's go get some Korean food.

Amen and Amen!!!
Well said. I want to add that our expectations of men are not unrealistic. We are not expecting super-powers, just normal life skills and common courtesy.
Oooh. Gingersnaps...save me one?
See you in 2 weeks baby!
I agree Camille. We are not expecting super powers!
I feel that I may have alienated every man who ever did or might read my blog.
Did I really get a comment from Karen? Karen is that you?
