Crazy Republicans! Three things about this shirt.

First. I do not affiliate with any political party. Ask Lynette and she will tell you about my allergy to politics. I'm fortunate that she still wants to be my friend! I abhor politics.
Second. I had to wear this freaking t-shirt in public. On the streets of Salt Lake City. Walking a 5K down the parade route. I hope nobody could tell it was me behind my movie star sunglasses. While it is a clever and cute t-shirt design, I don't think that the designer of said t-shirt realized that the statements made do not necessarily reflect the true nature of some of the family members. That's right, me. Why didn't the t-shirt describe ME!? Yes I do love chocolate, but I don't like to consume that much food, and I am definitely not feeling the passion.
Third. Thank goodness that it was orange because I love things that are orange.

Ahem.

First, can I just say this shirt is totally cute and if we ever had family reunions in my family I would copy it in a heartbeat.
Second, I am sure no one knew it was you if you were wearing your movie star glasses. Hee! And also, Kate's allergy to politics is very real and she will beat you with a stick if you try to talk about them with her.
Third - Can we discuss the verbage here? Shouldn't it say "a" passion for right-wing politics? Doesn't "the" passion sound like a title Mel Gibson would make up? :)

The passion of the politics. Huh.

I love your in-laws. They make me appreciate being single.

Just kidding!

But I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that republican symbol these days!

The shirt is a cute idea--your nephew is very creative. And atleast you didn't have to wear something tie-dyed and puff-painted. It could be much worse I am sure.

Thanks Pollyana. ;)

And now that you've pointed out the verbage Lynette, it bugs me too! Great, I might need to add a 4th thing about the blasted shirt.
