Can I get a Woot Woot!?

I just caught up on Camille's blog, and holy shmoly I feel like I've missed a lot. I still need to catch up on Lynette's! But I just have but a moment tonight, so I thought I'd do a little post. I have been quite busy lately, due to the fact that my lovely little sister Ashley has a new baby boy and they are staying at our house! His name is Wyatt, and if you haven't come over to see him then SHAME ON YOU! He is adorable and seriously a good little baby. He's just sweet and it makes me excited to be pregnant again. Have I mentioned that I'm pregnant? Well I freakin' am!! Woo hoo! Not very far along, but we've been telling everyone. It's hard to hide it when you are looking and feeling green.

This brings me to my next topic which is this: Getting Zofran* is harder than getting heroin. I've never tried to actually purchase heroin, but I'm certain that with a few phone calls, I could have some within a couple of hours. Zofran on the other hand. . . Sheesh. My insurance company has only authorized me to purchase HALF as much as my doctor has prescribed me, which means that I have to choose which days I would like to function like a normal human being, and which days I'd like to spend hugging the toilet all day. I for one am not equipped to make that kind of choice! Today I chose to be sick, and it has been heinous. But I've got to ration out those pills until I can find a way to get more of them. Someone help a sista out.

*Zofran is the wonder nausea drug, which recently came out in its generic form, and prior to that was about 12 bucks a pill--and that was just my co-payment. Heroin might be cheaper even, come to think of it.

Woot! Woot!

You should go to Mexico, or Canada for your drugs.

I know, choose Canada and come through Seattle on your way!

Woot! Woot!

YAY! The best thing I can recommend is to EAT. And eat little bits at a time. And you need protein. That's how I survived.

K - I just read Ashley's blog. She had a baby. Hello. And she didn't know what was going on. It trips me out and I fell off my chair. The last part when she was talking about the family made me cry. How sweet everyone is and supportive. I wish I didn't know I was pregnant. Oh, and I wish I could dilate to 9.5 and think it was bad cramps. Way to go Ash! ;)
